Hello, Welcome to my website, my Name is Joshua Martin and I'm a Realtor in the Monroe/Middletown Sibcy Cline Office.

I attended Madison High School and have resided in the Middletown area my entire life. I also attended Hondros College of Real Estate. 

My wife and I reside in Middletown, specifically in Madison Township. 

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife and three grown kids and their significant others. My wife and I also enjoy traveling, and are always on the hunt for the next destination. We also very much enjoy everything outdoors and all it has to offer. 

From the time I was a little kid visiting my grandparents farm in Kentucky, I knew then I loved land and everything that comes with it. I Was fortunate enough to purchase my first piece of land, 13 acres, at age 18. Bulit my first house at 19, and then my wife and I built our dream home when I turned 21. I now enjoy frequently purchasing land and vacation rentals.
